Practice Insurance and Payment Information

The current insurance environment is one that does not allow for physicians and other care team members to impart the options for treatment and or prevention of disease that are needed to live your best life. Insurance often dictates what testing and treatment a physician can and cannot utilize. This severely limits care to a symptoms-based philosophy that does not address root causes or cures.

The Live Life Well team prides itself in getting to know each and every one of our clients and all of the challenges they face in maintaining or enhancing their health. To do this, our healthcare professionals must spend time going over multiple areas of your health to develop a plan that is specific to you. In the current insurance reimbursement climate this simply is not valued or even permitted.

We strive to keep our membership plans personalized and affordable for our clients.

When personalizing your plan we take into consideration:

– Frequency of visits needed
– Service lines to be utilized
– Lab needs (depending on testing needs, some labs can be ordered at an insurance contracted facility).
– Nutrition plan needs
– Movement inclusion
– Supplement needs (we network with a local business that provides discounts to our clients)

After the comprehensive wellness evaluation, we will have a more thorough understanding of each client’s needs to better assess costs.

We always seek to honor our civil servants; teachers, first responders and of course, our military, please ask about discounts available if you have served or are currently serving in any of these occupations.

Can you order necessary labs and imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT, ultrasound)?

In many locations throughout Texas, we have relationships with existing labs and imaging centers that will allow us to send requests directly to them with all your identifying information and the tests needed. If you choose to use your insurance for these services you will need to provide this upon arrival at the testing facility.

Can I get a work or school excuse?

Yes, we provide work and school excuses just like any other physical location for a healthcare office, you just receive it via email.
