Our Story

The goal of Live Life Well is to assist you in manifesting the life God has called you to enjoy.

The inspiration for Live Life Well Clinic occurred after nearly a decade of practicing emergency medicine. I repeatedly witnessed the negative effects of stress, chronic disease, and the failure of symptoms-based treatments in my ER patients.

The inspiration behind Live Life Well came about as a result of repeatedly witnessing the negative effects of stress and chronic disease in patients health care professionals commonly treat in emergency rooms across America.

Many times, patients come to the ER as a last resort, after experiencing symptoms of chronic conditions for weeks, months, and sometimes years. The diseases of adult-onset diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and strokes are often the result of decades of lifestyle choices, including, but not limited to, adherence to the standard American diet, a lack of physical exercise, and constant, chronic stress.

When we use food, tobacco, alcohol, or other drugs, including prescribed medications, as a means of coping with our stress, we often fail to realize that these things only serve to further diminish our quality of life.

These issues were only compounded and made worse by symptoms-based medical care that only addresses diseases with medications and failed to factor in lifestyle and nutrition.

The vision of Live Life Well Clinic is to assist you in manifesting the life God has called you to enjoy. We want to help you discover your God-given talents and abilities, so that you are free to achieve your goals and realize your dreams. We will work to help you identify and eliminate any obstacles in your path, so that you may truly live the life God intended for you. At Live Life Well, we base all of our health and wellness recommendations on the pillars of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM).

We offer in-person and telemedicine visits for Wellness Evaluations and Treatment Plans, as well as Mental Health Coaching and Movement Coaching for those seeking treatment for Obesity, Diabetes, many autoimmune Diseases, Anxiety, Chronic Stress, Depression, Thyroid, Hormone Imbalances and a host of other chronic medical conditions.

We understand traditional treatment for these conditions fails to address the root cause of the disease and can often cause medication side effects that further decreases quality of life causing patients to needlessly and endlessly suffer under the traditional approach. Most of the time, traditional medicine is SYMPTOMS-BASED treatment. We at Live Life Well Clinic focus on reversal and cure of chronic disease while minimizing the use of medication as much as possible.

If you would like to explore the possibility of living free of chronic disease, schedule your free 20-minute appointment to find out more.
