Become a Member

We work on a Membership Model outside of Insurance(For more about why we are unable to accept insurance please see our FAQ page.).  We operate on a Membership Model so we can get to know you personally—not your diagnosis or symptoms.  We start this process with a Discovery Call.  The Discovery Call is just that, a phone call where we can learn more about you and what issues you are wanting help with as well as for you to learn more about us.  The call is Free and is always with Dr. Skelton.  If it is determined that you would like to learn more about becoming a Member we move on to a 1-hour appointment that we call our Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation.  This appointment is where Dr. Skelton really gets into your health history to determine how best we can help.  Prior to this appointment you will have filled out our Intake Form and submitted it back for review so Dr. Skelton can come up with the best plan for you to reach your health goals.  Despite the extensive nature of this form (up to 50 pages in length), Dr. Skelton will still have more questions and points of clarification to determine the best course of action for initial testing, lifestyle interventions to employ, as well as supplements to begin.  After the Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation, we will have a more thorough understanding and better assessment of your needs.  If through the course of the Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation it is determined that we are a good fit for you, you will be shown our membership options.  

We ask that you digest this information outside of this appointment and think about it and pray about it to determine whether this is right for you.

When personalizing your plan we take into consideration:

• Frequency of visits needed
  
• Service lines to be utilized
  
• Lab needs (depending on testing needs, some labs can be ordered at an insurance-contracted facility).

• Movement inclusion
  
• Supplement needs (we offer local and online retailer discounts for members)
